A cup of tea please!

It is still very cold here and it started snowing again. A perfect day to stay inside and drink lots of tea. have a nice Sunday!

Efteling

Today I went with a friend to 'de Efteling'. It was a cold day but it was so nice to visit the parc again, especially 'het Sprookjesbos', the Fairytale Forest. This is the original part of the parc, designed by Anton Pieck. If you are going to visit Holland, spend one day at the Efteling!

Mobile

My first nephew is born! I have made this "mobile" for him. Hopes he likes it :-)

Dinner

I am enjoying the weekend staying at home and painting. There is snow again and I am really tired of it. Tonight we have friends coming over and my boyfriend is preparing dinner :-) That's why I have time to make this little painting. Have a nice Sunday too!

I want to buy a good set of watercolours. I am still using a very old box, I once got when I was a child.  Do you have any recommendations?

Illustration Friday: Happy wheels!

The topic on Illustration Friday is: Wheels. As a Dutch national the first thing that comes up in my mind is a BIKE! :-) 

Now that the days are getting longer and all the snow is gone, I can't wait to get my bike and cycle to work again!
